Chongqing Xinxing Gear Wheel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993, the company is headquartered in Beibei District of Chongqing City, adjacent to the national scenic spot Jinyun Mountain, total assets of nearly 1.5 billion yuan, more than 2200 employees. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of automobile, motorcycle gear and engineering machinery gear, with an annual output value of nearly 900 million yuan.

1993

Chongqing Xinxing Gear Wheel Co., Ltd was set up, mainly engaged in small chain wheel, cylinder cover, 70, 90, 125 hydraulic torque converter production and processing.

1994

In 1998, the products developed 70, 90, 125 CG, CB gear comp starter driven and electric starting gear, supporting Jialing, Loncin, Dajiang company and so on.

In 1999, we bought the Huada factory in Chongqing, and at the same time paid more than 160 million yuan to purchase gear hobbing machines and equipments in total 23 sets, thus embarked on the large-scale, specialized gear production road.

In February 2006, it was awarded the collaborative design studio of "Digital Collaborative Design Demonstration Project for Motorcycles" by the Chongqing Economic Commission and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission.

In June 2006, the whole plant moved to the new factory area of the photoelectric City Industrial Park in the Beiwenquan town.

In September 2006, it was selected as the "Special Contribution Company" for drought relief work in Beibei.

2008

In March 2010, Director Jin Xiaoming, Counselor Liu Zhiming and Director Wang Qiang of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology visited the company to learn about the technology research and development cooperation with the world's top 500 enterprises General Electric (GE), and inspected the basic conditions and preparation of the 2010 international science and technology cooperation program. In April 2010, Chongqing Xinxing Gear Wheel Co., Ltd registered brand of three products, TVS Drive Shaft and Counter Shaft, Electric Starting Gear, Timing Drive Gear and Driven Gear which won the title of Chongqing high-tech products.

2010

Chongqing Xinxing Gear Wheel Co.,Ltd became a major supplier of Honda North America, Japan's large displacement motorcycle, India Hero, TVS and Bajaj.

2012

On June 21, 2016, the Automotive Gear Department of Chongqing Xinxing Gear Wheel Co., Ltd retreated from the city and entered the park successfully. On September 26, 2016, Chongqing Xinxing Gear Wheel Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Zhongqing Gear Co., LTD. were established a joint venture.

2016

On August 30, 2017, the organizational structure adjustment of Chongqing Xinxing Gear Wheel Co., Ltd. was completed.
